I’m with the General. I would rent a tester to pull codes. The site has excellent won’t crank and won’t run checklists (for some reason I can’t find them). I’ve seen these retrofits where someone installed the complete wiring harness, instead of modifying first to retain only the wiring systems needs. But, that may not be your issue. Get the codes, if it points towards the TFI module, and your description of the sudden won’t start/run sounds like it, and go to the next step after that. Good luck.

I will buy a code reader all mine are ob2 but thanks for the direction I was thinking a fuse somewhere I actually want to get rid of the plenum it's ugly sticking up there I would love to just install a 4 barrel throttle body

can anyone tell me what is the power wire going in ? also we do have a relay that powers up when we turn key on so not sure where to look like I said this thing was home made by others and they only had RED wire everything is red and it looks like a bowl of spaghetti! sorry just getting back on this had health problems with the old ticker

Ok, computer no talkie, first check the computer ground wires, there's like several and it's going to be a job, I hate fixing other peoples hacks.
Consider a harness rewire?
