EEC Plug, no power

I've just put a 347 in the car. Trying to get it started up and it won't. Plug in my reader(worked just fine with previous motor) and it won't acknowledge it's plugged in. I'm guessing something tripped but I can only find one fuse related to the eec, and it isn't blown. Any thoughts?

Also, the oil pressure gauge doesn't budge at all when i'm trying to start it, should it?

And no spark at the plug. New dist, cap, and rotor.
