EEC units

Where should one find an EEC for a new motor they have built for them? The builder provides the wiring harness, but not the EEC. Does Napa or some place like that carry a universal one or would ford be able to provide one?

In this case, I don't think the original EEC could be reprogrammed since it is for a v6 and the new motor is a 2v v8.

I think the Ford Dealer is your only option!

ask Tim at Modular Powerhouse. he might be able to reflash your EEC for the V8.
