I'm going to put my '66 coupe on jack stands Wednesday to start running the fuel lines toward the gas tank. My question is concerning the connectors, which I'll need to buy a fuel line disconnect tool, in order to have it run correctly. Where should I go to purchase the fuel line, and also the male & female end connectors? (is this something advance auto parts, or o'rielly's would have?) What size and length of fuel line do you suggest on running, and would using the old fuel line be safe for a return line? I'm assuming there is hardly any pressure on the return line..?

Thanks for any help! :)

I got mine from Ron Morris performance and he has all the items you need. I am unsure if any auto parts store will have the fittings. Let me look at what I have left and might save you a few bucks on some of the fittings (they are not exactly cheap)

cool - thanks,

I see from his site they are called springlock fittings. I have one of the donor car's springlock fitting still connected to the fuel rail. I'm not sure how many I will need though, as I assume only two - one for the return line, and the other for the main line. I guess the other ends (at the tank) don't need those springlock fittings? Got any photo's?
