Check out my weekends progress on the fuel sytem for my MASS-FLO conversion....Almost done! And before anyone says it....yes i did it the hard way! Plastic line and duck bill fitting are quicker, easier and cheaper. But i guess i like -an fittings?
I was actually expecting to have the system here by saturday so i could run my wiring harness this weekend and then build up my smallblock next weekend. Do you guys think this pump is too far up?
pic of the fuel tank out of the car is for mock up only...i wont be using that one.

I'm still torn between how to run the return line...i have 3 options
1. scerw in return (russell fuel cell return fitting)

2. have a bung welded in

3. go throught the drain (i really don't want to)

Nice job Eric. What type of EFI setup are you running? I'm not sure what to tell you about the return line. I don't like having an EFI tank without a baffle. I have heard of people (Windsor-Fox for one) using the drain plug for the return. In your case I would weld a bung in. Next time you are back in Splendora you should come by and I will show you my setup to give you some ideas if you want to step it up a notch.

You can take a look at it here if you like:

I am using the drain for the return.
I haven't had any problems, but then again I usually keep the tank over 1/4full.
Anyhow, if I were SCCA or other track racing, I would opt for a baffled tank. If you are just running on the street, I don't see a need to waste your money.
