I am installing the explorer intake on my 91 gt (intake is one with internal egr) and there is no line for egr coolant. I heard I can tap the rear for coolant but I would rather not. what are my other options if i keep my egr?

Just dont worry about it. Either cap off the spouts or run a hose from one to another on the coolant rail. All it does is warm up the air going into the intake. Warms the car up faster. The colder the air the better.

The EGR coolant lines are for cooling, not heating.

That said, because there is no provision for it on your intake, I would not create one.
