LOL, i read that earlier and wondered the same thing. i think with the smilies he used, that would be a yes (he was being facetious).........ok ok, i just hope it is a joke.89MustangGX said:Sorry -- have to ask. Is this a joke?![]()
Ok ok ok, you should probably use a tourqe-hammer so you dont hit it TOO hard you may crack the FPR, thats only common sense. If you got madd tools you could just cut it out with a plasma torch, make sure the cars running though so you can tell if you get a vacuum or fuel leak

LMAO - though i think i am gonna be sick (especially after going back and reading his first post, but with your context in mind).Michael Yount said:"I just beat mine off with a hammer. " We understand that Skoobie. But how did you remove the egr valve?![]()

Ok sorry for the hyjack. I was hoping someone would pick up on that
Seriously though Im not sure what kind of difference blocking the egr off would make. Mine was blocked off when I purchased the car, the only thing I DO notice is the CEL
Just make sure your not getting any vac leaks and leave it alone I'd say might want to go read JR and Michael's first replies above. detonation is the biggest risk that i see.Skoobie said:Seriously though Im not sure what kind of difference blocking the egr off would make.
