Eibach drag launch kit on verts, doable?/ Who likes these springs?

Why does Eibach recommend NOT using the Drag Launch springs kit on Convertibles? It says they will not fit. The only difference I could come up with was the extra weight of the vert.

If weight is the reason, then I should be able to use them anyway because of the weight reduction I have done. Does this sound correct or is there something I'm missing?

While we're at it, who has the kit and do you like it? How much time can be dropped with them compared to their lowering springs I have now?

well the verts have extra reinforcement but i don't know where or what, i doubt weight would matter too much in ur situation. weight is usually why they reccomend different sets

I could call them but I'm sure someone here has these springs on a vert. Just need some input.
