Eibach or H&R?

I've heard that both these spring lines are similar. Is the Eibach Sportline basically the same as the H&R Supersport and the Pro-Kit the same as the H&R Sport?
I want H&R's but don't want to drop as much as the Eibach Sportline's do.
Please give opinions on these two companies.
