electric fan - fan controller, is this one good?

Thanks for the many responses, next question, for those of you running a 3 inch radiator what fan do you use that will clear the water pump? I have the Mark VIII fan and it was great but would rub on the water pump pulley. Is the SN 95 electric fan a good fit, my car is stock with A/C?

Auburn - clearances on all our cars are a bit different - especially when you get down to measuring the last 1/8" or so. Better to actually measure how much room you have, and then get the specs on the fans to see what will work in your particular case. Also, the way they're configured makes a difference. I'm much tighter on room than you guys are - so I went with a dual fan set up because the fan motors protrude into the accesories between the belts/pulleys instead of right in the center where the water pump is. Makes a difference.

I had to remove 1/2" from my fan shround all the way around even after moving the radiator forward about 3/8-1/2". I have the single fan and it did interfere with the pump pulley. Once I got everything done though it looks stock. I even flipped the stock overflow tank to the other side of the shroud and with minor mods to the shroud, it looks like it was made that way.
