Electric or Mechanical?

Wow I may go with the plastic line for now since I am broke and dying to drive this thing for the first time. After a month or so I will probably switch it to the braided lines. Don't want to risk dirtying up that pretty new engine bay with oil after all those hours of sanding and painting.

I've heard that some tracks are pretty picky about the plastic/copper oil preasure line but I cant remember weather it was the plastic coming loose or the copper being brittle? I think one of them breaks easily? Anybody have any input from the inspectors at your local tracks?
