Hey guys long time no post.
I have an auto 95 gt. I took out my old rattler alarm, it sucked. In return, Im getting my battery drained every two days. I can charge it and it runs fine. If I dont drive her for a couple of days, it is dead. Circuit City took out my alarm, and I see no loose wires.
My dad has an F150 , 85 I think. He just had a problem where his starter solenoid was draining the battery.
Anyone with any ideas on my situation?
Anyone had this happen before?
Thanx guys, I know you will come through.:nice:

First thing is to look at all your vanity lights, underhood light, trunk light, glovebox light, etc. Make sure all turn off when the door/lid/hood/etc is closed. One of those is often the source of the drain.

After that, if you have a DMM and want to do a little legwork, we'll run ya through how to search for a parasitic drain.

Good luck.
