Here is the issue, tps voltage. I know it is non adjustable. I only have .35v among three sensors 2 of which are from ford. Twice now I have been checking voltage and while doing so I here a clicking noise from the area around the cooling fan and suddenly have .99 volts at tps. During this time the motor runs and revs incredibly well . As soon as I fully turn the key to the off position and restart, tps voltage is back to .35v and engine slow to rev. Need help if you can.
