electrical problems??

i have a 93 5.0 5spd with a a3m cpu.. can electrical problems cause low compression on cylinder 8? my car is in the mechanic, the guys has check for bent valves worn out rings or bad pistons and everything is good he also has checked the voltage on all 8 injectors.. any suggestion?

The electrical system and engine compression are not normally related. The only way the could possibly be related is is the battery got so low that it wasn't cranking the engine properly when the compression test was done on cylinder #8.

like the battery is leaking acid, but either way i had to change the computer harness because everytime i would touch the cables my vacuum would go down to 10 psi, and it should be at 15 psi because i have a mild cam not sure which one though.. but ill change the battery and see what the outcome is..
