Did a search and didn't find anything so I will ask. I moved the emergency flasher to get better access under the dash for a few minutes. I noticed something wierd. When I put it back in place it seemed to blow a fuse. I double checked it. I replaced the fuse then when I wiggle the flasher (by loosening the bolt) it causes a fuse to blow. Seems like it grounding out on the dash or something. The flashers themselves work fine.

Sounds like the switch has a short or a cross in it. Inspect it closely and try to fix it, or replace it.

That's just it, the flasher switch itself doesn't seem to cause the short. If I loosen the bolts that hold down the housing containing the switch and just wiggle THAT, not the actual switch, it blows a fuse.
