my friend totaled his truck and has an 86 gt project that he now needs to drive. he started removing the engine for a rebuild but had to put it back together.now when he starts it it goes to 4500 rpm and just sits there.what could this be?i went out there for a few minutes to help but did nt have much time to help him!he removed the exhaust and upper intake and some electical fittings and the associated vacuum lines for the upper please he live to far away from work to walk!!!!
