Has anyone gone though and emissions test and passed with a predator tune in there car? I still have everything on the car and i'm just using the stadard tune that comes with it. I live in maryland too...if that helps.
You should be fine so long as you run the standard tune during the test.
The only issue I would see is some of the tests your ECM runs under normal circumstances which take several operating cycles to complete may show up as not having been complied with when they check the OBD-2 system.
Just run the standard tune for a while before the test. There's a procedure somewhere here which shows how to make the ECM complete all its tests. I believe it's something like it stop and go traffic for so many minutes, then shut down, then start up and drive so many miles on the highway, get off, shut down, etc. If you do a search on google you can probably find it. Check out www.codereader.com .. they may have a link you'll find useful.
