for the old test yes. But as of this spring the test changed. I live in Suffolk, and the new obdII test you dont even put the car on a dyno. Its pointless, if the car already is equpt to throw a code if it doesnt meet emmissions, why test it twice? you just plug the test machine into the cars onbord diagnostics (which has its own emmissions) and thats it.
