ok so my 99 gt t-45 clutch pedal has to be pushed way farther than my friends t-3650 pedal to engage the clutch, what could this be from? just because its a different trans? stretched clutch cable? his just seems like u barely have to push far and the clutch engages, mine has to be pushed a mile in before it works, makes its way easier to shift faster in his car

I don't really like that mine engages so early. That means it'll engage fast but then i have like a mile before it FULLY engages(meaning hits the floor). Just get a quadrant/firewall adj./cable kit and you can adjust it to where you like it. Does yours halfway engage if you halfway push the pedal?

ya it will engage about half way which i hate cause when ur shifting fast u still gotta push it down all the way as not to miss the gear cause u didnt engage it all the way

my friends on the other had engages like when its pushed all the way down and doesnt seem to come up as far as mine so its alot quicker and shorter

I havent but i'm really looking in to it. I would just rather have the pedal close to the floor and not have so much pedal movement to engage. I would like to not replace the cable, just the quadrant and adjuster. It'll make for quicker shifting and less leg movement
