engine and sc combo?

im thinking of geting a 340hp ford racing engine http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts/part_details.asp?PartKeyField=7367. i would like to run a paxton novi 1000 with it. what do you all think?

stock blocks are scary with anything over 400rwhp
but it could last forever at 600rwhp, theres only 1 way to find out
but that blowers a good way to make a $4000 dollar paperweight

i figure with the 340hp + paxton i sould be around 455hp to the crank and some where around 390hp to the ground. so i should be safe. unless i did the math wrong. what do you think?

yea, but if your gonna spend that kind of money, do it right the first time and you wont kick yourself in the ass later. Get a dart block and good top end on it and itll last forever

If you're going to run a blower you would be better off getting something with forged pistons
