How about some wide, yellow ratchet straps around the block? That should help hold it together - until the headers melt them.
I have read where the dyno operators can see the stock 302 blocks twist at that power level. I know it started out as an economy 260 inch engine, but some reinforcement and an updated casting would have been nice.
No one has mentioned a 351 block. They are supposed to live well beyond this power level. Do they fit under a stock or R reproduction 94-95 hood?
