I am still rebuilding my stroker 5.0. had a problem with the crank shaft hitting the inside of the block. I know someone posted that it needs a little machine work to make the proper fitment. Needed new crank. Anyway, gonna have the new crank in a few days. I'm gonna list my the new mods and see what else you think i might need.

Haney motorsports 5.0 stroker rotating assembly
Billet oil pump
Spec 3 clutch
Aluminum Flywheel
Steeda short throw shifter
SLP longtube headers
2.87 vortech pulley
Vortech racing bypass
Anderson p-50 cams with valve springs
heads ported and polished
Motor mounts
Canton oil pan w/windage tray

i'm still going to be running the kb boost a spark and boost a pump along with my stage 2 snow perfomance kit. my main concern is fuel delivery and the transmission. i don't think that the 42lb injectors I currently have will be enough for my new application. i believe that the fuel pump i have is a 255 lph. will this be enough for my new application? we are estimating around 650-700hp(flywheel) after a good tune.

Why did you need a new crank? You just had to take a little off the block so the one crank journal could pass. Unless you actually needed a new crank for some reason. You wont be even close 700fwhp with that combo, surely not on pump gas anyway. I don't know what kind of car you are putting this in. Do you have a return style fuel system or returnless? Even the 255lph in a return style system won't be enough, it will suck the basket dry. If your only running one pump in a returnless system (99-04) your dead. you would need a Cobra Tank and Ford GT pumps to be safe. 42# injectors will barely be good enough for 500hp. I'd go with minimum 60#'s.

the amount of material that needed to come out was a lot more .010 or what ever you told me previously. the few people who saw this said it looked like the crank was for a 5.4. that is why i asked the question of what else i needed for 650-700 hp. i don't think that is a far fetched goal or anything. my old combo before this one was pushing close to 500hp at the flywheel.

If you want to run 700hp i would go with the Vortech YSI trim RR blower. With a V2 to run near 700 you will be seeing major belt slip, guessing you'd have to run well over 20#'s to see those numbers.

i guess we'll have to wait and see. you're probably right and so to reach my goal i'll need to go with a bigger unit. if can't reach my goal with the unit i have, i'll probably go to a turbo setup like i planned in the beginning.
