Here is the plan, have the bottom end of my car built enough to handle a kenne bell mammoth blower. Ideally I'd like to pull it out, send it out, put it together, put it back in and put the blower on it. I have been told the engines are tough to put back together. Does anyone have experience with this? I could also send the engine out and have it rebuilt, depending on cost, that is what I would like to do.
Are there any good shops in Maine or the surrounding states? I'm in Portland, and so far I have found nada. I could talk with one of the local dealers....but when I talked with them about putting on a whipple, they didn't sound that experienced.
