Im building an engine for my friend. He has an 04 gt. Our goal is around 600hp on a street tune, race gas maybe 700 hp. I was thinking maybe a dss racing long block pro bullet( i think its the one that says 650 hp+) the one with the gasket matched heads. Then topping it off with a kb 2.6. I was gonna have it tuned at hp performance here in jacksonville. If yall have any other ideas that is better or think something that i have picked is wrong please inform me. Thanx-Derek

DSS is a good brand but i would personally i would pick an MMR 900 shortblock, throw on some VT stage 2 ported heads and some VT stage 3 blower cams and u should be set.

I would go with MMR or VT for the short block and MPH for the heads, cams and tune.

MMR long block and a novi2000 would be a killer combo
