I guys so I have a 1992 mustang 5.0 that I just recently bought, and I am running into an issue with my wiper not working and they didn't work when I bought them. So I started to look around and see if i could find where my problem was, but long story short is, I have a wiper motor with 2 plugs on it and only one plug was on it, but this is where i get lost there are 2 more gray plugs that are in the same little harness and they dont fit my wiper motor, but are the right wires to make my wipers function properly, due to the fact that I have tested them by jumping the wires to the wiper moter. So what I am asking is has any one heard of this or knows if this engine harness has been changed and what it has been changed to. [Thank you in advance]

One of those gray connectors in that area is for the hood light, the other is used when checking for codes, this is a guess of course, without pics don't know for sure.
I'm going to guess that you have checked fuses.
