Now that the brakes are bled, I'm almost ready to drop the engine in. After rebuilding/replacing the entire valvetrain, I've detailed it to look like a restoration/daily driver. The heat stove choke is from a 428CJ and is fully functional.
I'm using an AC compressor from an '84 F-150.This is with all the accessories installed.
Here you can see the late model 5.0 style power steering pump. It's mounted in an early style aluminum bracket. I'm having custom adapters made to allow the original service valves to screw onto the top of the hose inlet caps on the compressor (not in picture).
The only thing stopping me from putting it in now is some touch up painting on the inner fender aprons. The brake fluid ate through the paint.
