engine rebuild question

im thinking about getting the trickflow trackheat 302 engine kit, the main reason is becuz i think my engine is noisy and maybe something is broken inside, anyhow, i have 150,000km / 90,000miles im guessing, how much would it cost if i rebuilt the engine while im installing the trickflow kit? obviously i may not need a rebuild but if i do, how much more $$ do u think?

At 90,000 miles, it certainly couldn't hurt to do a rebuild. Check around for rebuild kits. Here's a place that will get you started:
