How recently did you change the plenum.TB/MAF? I'm having a similar problem with my 02. Even after switching back to stock and reseting the computer it runs fine for 1-2 weeks (500-1000 miles) and then starts acting just like you describe. Last time mine did it I reset the computer by disconnecting the battery for an hour so it would have to relearn it's calibtration. It has been fine since although I haven't gotten up to 2 weeks or 1000 miles again yet. Next time it happens it's off to the dealer so they can figure it out.

No I don't have the same problem...... your problem has long gone from me...... I used to have it untill I changed the TPS and cleaned the IAC with carb cleaner.......

Now the problem is that I have no power at all and I have brand new plugs with a brand new filter both original Motorcraft..... I am lening to the O2 sensor........ I was wondering if I could just buy a of road X pipe and the O2 by pass things and see how it works..... is that a good Idea

That's interesting as I was thinking it could be the O2 sensors as well. I've cleaned the MAF with alcohol but haven't replaced the TPS yet.

It is almost as if the computer keeps trimming the A/F ratio untill it gets too lean to run and you start getting misfires (this is what the SES light is flashing to indicate) and loss of power. Reseting the computer puts the A/F ratio back to it's initial point and it starts running fine again, for awaile
