hey guys im lookin at cams as my next mod...this isnt a "what one should i get?" thread cuz im not a tard..anyway im just wary on getting cams...or any other bolt on for that matter that increases HP and it having negative side effects on my engine...its a 99 GT with 76K on it....not much else done to it...just a mid pipe and catback...im afraid of putting too much stress on it? or should i not worry about it? i dont go to the track or beat on the thing a.k.a never taken her over 5k rpms

I wanna do cams, I hear it's one of the best/easiest mods you can do. But I'm doing mine after a new TB and plenum with our cars do we have to worry about valve springs, timing, or anything else when installing stage 1 or stage 2 cams? Because cams don't seem that expensive otherwise.
