Engine suggestions

Hi everyone. I have a 68 coupe that I bought when I was 15. I have loved and appreciated this car for about 4 years now and I’ve learned a lot working on it. Now I’m getting to a point where I’d like to start making it my own. Currently it has a 347 stroker, toploader 4-speed and this winter I’m installing a 9” rear end. According to the build sheet the engine makes 375hp @ 5600 and 400tq @ 4400. My future goal is to make 500hp. I’m going to post the build sheet below and I am open to all suggestions. personally i would scare up a nice 351c and build that to the power level you want. its and easy build to make 500hp from a 351c, and it is a durable engine to make that kind of power without going to a big block.
