Used roller blocks are everywhere. Check the classifieds, junkyards, eBay, etc. Starting out with an Explorer/Mountaineer engine isn't a bad idea either, since they'll either have GT40, or GT40P heads on them, too. You'll still need a Mustang oil pan, pickup tube, front cover, accessories, and distributor, but you'll have an otherwise complete engine that way.
