I just installed B cam, GT40 heads and a 95 cobra intake on my 95 gt (AODE). I have the base timing set at 12 degrees and i cant find vacuum leaks, smog and Egr are deleted. the car revs fine and pulls strong, but it dies at idle, I adjusted the screw on my throttle body to get it to idle higher and this made it stay on but when i put it in drive it dies, also It seems like its idling better in the cold once the engine heats up it dies easier. what direction should i look into first, how do you adjust idle on a sn95?

Welcome to Stangnet
This thread has a bunch of useful info in it: http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/threads/will-barely-idle.894094/page-2#post-9008019

That being said-I'm willing to bet the B-Cam is wreaking havoc on the stock computer. Unless you have had it tuned/chipped to accommodate the cam and supporting changes

You guys with idle/stall problems could save a lot of time chasing your tails if you would go through the Surging Idle Checklist. Over 50 different people contributed information to it. The first two posts have all the fixes, and steps through the how to find and fix your idle problems without spending a lot of time and money. It includes how to dump the computer codes quickly and simply as one of the first steps. I continue to update it as more people post fixes or ask questions. You can post questions to that sticky and have your name and idle problem recognized. The guys with original problems and fixes get their posts added to the main fix.

It's free, I don't get anything for the use of it except knowing I helped a fellow Mustang enthusiast with his car. At last check, it had more than 200,000 hits, which indicates it does help fix idle problems quickly and inexpensively.

jrichker is on target. I had idle problems with my crammed 4.6, even after tuning. It acted like a bad IAC, but deteriorated after replacing it a second time. Turned out to be a bad computer idle circuit. That would be the last thing I'd look at, as the steps in the linkjrichker supplied are much more likely. However, if after a tune and following all other reasonable steps, that might be something to look at
