You know Scott I think I will do just that. The boost doesn't come on as hard as it used to, starts at 7ish psi at 2k and by 3.5k I have the full 10psi. I am hoping for 375/350 at the tire...
I need a larger water meth nozzle the 7gph is not big enough I ordered a 10gph.
With a smaller pulley I think this can make 16+psi easy... but 10 won't lift the head.

Thanks Dave it was not easy sir but I do enjoy a challenge.

It runs rather well actually, it is way more mellow than it used to be on the exhaust note. I didn't change the exhaust at all but the intake must have something to do with it.

BTW I did another run after the free rev video with the bypass check valve removed. the car drives just fine and even makes 10psi right up to redline. I call that a success, I will look into a 6rib pulley option for the blower with the correct offset. I figure I may be able to correct the offset I did on the pulley and by removing the extra 2ribs I may be able to go one pulley size down without turning the snout......

or maybe I will just enjoy the 10psi I have.

Hey Steve, I was going through my emails this morning and got one from LMR as usual with how to videos.

Guess who’s video showed up there?

You’re practically a star now, good for you.

It’s the first of the latest three, btw.

Well going to try and do this the right way, will be picking up a new fuel tank on the way home. I figure if it has to come down why not put a new proper one up in it's place.
I will not be doing the crazy full resto deal like some others here have. Swap the parts to the new tank and install.

Ya gotta paint it, Steve.

Those aftermarket tanks rust up pretty quick for some reason ( bare metal, probably ).

All that custom wizardry and a new rusty gas tank. Plus, rust spreads...before ya know it, the metal near the tank will start rustin'.

Alas, noobz took the flux capacitor after I crashed it. My Mr. Fushion jr was not enought to get to 88mph and I hit my neighbors garage, minimal damage but noobz won't let me have any of his toys anymore, after all I'm 0 & 2 now.

The drive in to work was successful! The car drove well no smells leaks or drips

The only thing that needs attention is the cooling system.... car never warmed up, stayed around 160* the whole drive in. I did have the heat on but it has a stock temp thermostat in it so one would think it should reach temp easily....

Ideas? Bad thermostat maybe? What about a restrictor in the heater hose? I don't have one in there, should I? If so where do I find one?

I believe it goes in the inlet side which is the drivers side hose.
I don't have a restrictor in mine and works just fine, check your blend doors.
You have a aftermarket gauge right?
160 is kinda low

I verified the coolant temp with the datalog. The ecu and dash agreed with each other.

The t stat may be stuck open, try blocking off about 10% of the radiator opening with a piece of cardboard and see if the temp rises going down the road.
