Have you ever had "one of those" mornings? The kind where you get up early to get something done before work and you feel great and refreshed from all the glorious work you accomplished? ?

Well .....have you?

Today started out like one of those days, I get up get dressed make coffee and before the sun is even up I'm outside setting up the work area. I mounted the meth pump and tank ran some tubing then wired the pump. I proceeded to install the uber expensive check valve in the tubing along the firewall, only there was no check valve.... somehow I have misplaced it.... so off I go scouring every inch of the shed and house looking for this tiny 35$ check valve, to no avail.....

So I skip it and move on, I figure that little bitch will show up somewhere right? So I go to making the fittiings to mount the meth nozzle.... it's missing as well... I think to myself WTF DID I PUT THESE THINGS? The nozzle is another small b.s. part that costs a whopping 25$
holy chit I managed to missplace 60$ worth of small parts. dammit.

I wasted the rest of my morning looking for these little basterds. These hide from Steve little mofo parts.... I moved on again lets try to fit the splash shields in I say won't be that bad I say. What the do I know? I know nothing. I need to start over, a mulligan if you will.

The bitch don't fit I have to rearrange the cables on the solenoid and try again....
"Please sir may I have another?"

I cleaned up and went inside hopefully those parts will turn up somewhere I may have hidden them from myself.

Just wait until you get older, you will hide even more stuff from yourself...
I currently have hidden my work pager here somewhere in the house. The problem with that is either I can't remember to look for it or I can't get motivated enough to look for it...

Yes, I still work a full time job doing computer service for the Federal Government.. They were too cheap to give a cell phone, so I got a pager instead.

I'd rather have a pager. No one expected you to answer that thing. They only cost 15 bucks a year. I miss my Bravo Plus

I can still remember having to keep a roll of quarters handy and I knew where all the working phone booths were.
Ahhhh, those were the days.

I had a pager at age 15 for two months. Thats how long it stayed on without me paying the bill. I got three pages in that time frame, but damn did I look cool. That was 1998.

I have made little progress mainly due to the fact that I..... had to...... redo some stuff......

Now that the driver side wire tuck in the fenders is high enough and tucked.... enough. the splash shields went on. So that's done at least.
I fixed the driver fog lamp wiring and am about to reinstall all the lighting connections. After that the fuse/relay box will become my next victim...
