enriching mix with an autolight carb

never jetted a car but i have done it a bunch on motorcycles. is it easy is it possable. it is a 2 barrel autolight on a 71 with a 302

Yes, it can be done. Just make sure you have right right rebuild kit before hand. I'd say a Holley is an easier rebuild, but if you've done one successfully, then you have what it takes...

changing the jets is easy, you don't even have to remove the carb from the intake, just take the top of the carb off, pull the float out and the jets are right there. the trick is finding a set of jets for it, you can't just go out to the local parts store and buy a set, they are a for carb only part and are no longer available from ford. your best bet is Pony carbs
