What puts the strain on the accessories is the tensioner. Where it is in the range on the front of it? Something like this:

Oh I had no idea that was on the front. I will look tomorrow. Plan on installing a new fuel pump tomorrow as well as an oil change

I think I'm going to keep it for a little bit. Just coz if I move which were thinking about doing not sure if the next place will test for smog. But I'll definitely keep you in mind and you'll be the first I contact if I decide to get rid of it.

What's up y'all.

Did some things over the the last few days.

Took apart both doors and managed to get the passenger door open. Cleaned up both door cards and tightened the map pockets, these are in pretty good shape. Cleaned all door panel pieces also.

Replaced door lock actuators, outer door handle on the driver's side and got the LMR ones that stick out way too far. Smh will be getting new ones (Any recommendations?). Replaced all the little plastic pieces on the door locks.

Replaced driver's side window run channel (How fun that was) FML the outer window belt moulding. (Still gotta do this on the passenger side though)

Took the cowl vent off to do some rust control in the box. Wire brushed, sanded, cleaned and painted with some rust prevention. Pretty good job I think. We'll see how it holds up over time. Gotta order a new grill as it was cut for gauge mounts.

Some progress not as much as I'd like though but it's something.

Have a great weekend y'all.

Lmr has low profile door handles. There is some pictures around here somewhere, I believe in one of the "rising from the ashes" threads.

I like those. Are they the SVE ones. Kinda pricey if so. On another note. The fuel pump that I was given with the car is actually a 190lpr pump. My plan was to replace it today as I thought it was the 155lph. Would a 190 be fine with the mods that are done to the car already or should I just buy a 155.

Edit: Just took a picture of the fuel injectors. 30# if I'm not mistaken

Question for y'all.

So I'm going to be tearing out my interior to clean/restore/repair stuff. While the dash is out what all should I replace? Already have a heater core and AC Evap on hand. But what else should I consider? Have some stuff in my LMR shopping cart but want to make sure I'm getting what I need vise what I want.
