equalizer bar popped off

I have a 1969 mustang that I use as a daily driver, the clutch was engaged and dropped to the floor after i shifted...I have identified that the equalizer bar slipped off of its pivot point...Can somebody please help figure out how to get it back on...

Unbolt the pivot mount from the frame. While you have it apart, replace the nylon bushings and felt washers on both the block side and the frame side. Grease them before installing. Push the frame mount tight against the Z bar and tighten the bolts back down.

some times they fall out because the motor mounts are broken/worn out. might want to check it out just to be safe.
