Error Codes! I failed inspection

I failed inspection and got error codes P0171 and P0174 which means system is too lean in Bank 1 and 2! I also failed because my bassani exhaust was like 3 decibles to high Bull****! did anyone else have this problem! if so how did you fix!

ya we do that in CA. we only do Db tests of police pull the car over for being too loud. here the legal limit is 95 decibels +/- 1.5Db. we can also fail a car for having codes. for the lean codes check your MAF sensor. it might be dirty from the K&N in guessing you have on there.
