New 306 bored block, 1.72 crane roller rockers, Competition cams 280 camshaft, Forged rods and pistons, offroad h-pipe, Flowmasters, K&N filter, Trick Flow Twisted wedge heads, BBK shorty headers, Centerforce clutch, Metal quadrant, hurst shifter, New top, Mrgasket engine set, 3:55 gears, Edelbrock Air-Gap intake, holley double pumper 750 carb w/ mechanical 2nds, Alluminum driveshaft, Race Pro Aluminum Radiator

btw, the total lift is something like 544

Maybe about 300 at the wheels.
I used performace trends engine analyzer and got 330hp and 320 trq. But this program was also a bit low for my truck, but showed the curves perfectly. So I'm guessing it estimates a bit low.
I dynoed 225 at the wheels, and the program estimates 250hp, but at the same rpm range. So this gives you an idea.

Somewhere in the range of 290-310 rwhp I'm guessing, which is about 330-357 to the flywheel.

Didn't you dyno 319 or something to the wheels? with the EFI?

yeah i did dyno more than these estimated with a weaker intake.
