You guys have some good opinions here's my question/problem. I have a basically stock 95 gt vert 5sp. only mods are bbk shortie headers, bbk offroad H pipe, magnaflow exhaust and a BBk CAI.

I hate to say it, but I hate the sound of the exhaust. I was thinking of getting rid of the magnaflows and getting some Aero chambers, flowmasters or something else dynomax ultra flows put in there. my thinking is more of a chambered muffler would give the car that more muscle car sound.

the sound IMO is pretty weak from the magnaflows, what are your guys opinions on this. appreciate the advice, and I am pretty upset about paying for the magnaflows and getting poor sound.

Thanks

Sam

A chambered muffler will give you the classic mustang tone you are looking for. Magnaflow, Dynomax, Borla, Bassani are straight through. Flowmaster, MAC, and Hooker Areo Chamber mufflers are all of a chambered design.

IMO, you can not go wrong with the sound of Flowmaster or MAC mufflers, especially with an O/R H-pipe. :nice:

dont forget about Spintechs.........

Magnaflows all seem to sound like they are have water in em to me.......IMO

they make a killer 3.5 tip tho.

if the Prochamber on the MAch isnt loud enough when i get home, ill just weld in some Spintechs.

on the 95 i have BBK shorties, H-pipe, and dumped 40 series Flows.
