I put my magnaflow system on this weekend. The "U" clamps that come with it are absolute crap and I have small leaks everywhere. I don't wanna tighten them up and crimp the pipe so I'm looking for alternatives.

Watching trucks the other day they used some "band" clamps that basically look like 3" or so wide hose clamps. Is there anyplace to get them around here? I think they would work great..

The best way is to weld them up. I fought with the clamps for a year, same problem as you, small leaks everywhere, until I finally got mad and welded them up!

Welding them up is an option, but I'd rather try these first. If they leak (and I don't think they will) then I'll weld them up..
