I have a turbo and i'm running my exhaust downpipe etc. and I can get it down below the vehicle (finally) without hitting anything, but now i'm wondering about ground clearance with my muffler. I'm using 3" pipe and tucking the cat. converter right under the hump in the trans. brace where the stock exhaust ran, so it can sit up in the car a little higher. The problem i have now is I've bought everything to kick the the exhaust out the side (this is all on pass. side btw) but don't know if i have enough ground clearance to put it anywhere.
What do you think the min. ground clearance should be for a road car?
P.S. I have another pipe setup for a straight through for going to the track, but for the street i need to have the cat and muffler for emissions and noise police.
