Exhaust Finally On!

Well i Finally got my Long tubes, prochamber and Borla on and let me tell you, the sound is AMAZING! There is no drone whatsoever, sometimes, you can bareley even here it in 5th on the highway, until you ge on it, then you sure as hell can hear it. It sounds great around the street, loud and powerful, very very deep, but not obnoxiously loud at all. Eric at Laferriere Racing did a great job, and is a class act all the way. I plan on going to him for any future mod installations (gears  ) I really didnt have the chance to full throttle it, or downshift or do anything that might require any bit of traction do to the 8 inches of snow that also happened to drop this week :bang: And about 50 miles or so after having them on the SES light came on... when the light comes on does it do anything performance wise, like de-tune or something? I have MILs on the way, by the time i get them on the snow should be gone and maybe i can get some traction :nice: oh yeah, ill post sound clips as soon as i get my laptop up and running.

Having the light on does not affect the performance in any way. Thats just telling you that the computer has detected a malfunction somewhere in one of your sensors. Get your codes pulled to make sure that the light is on because of the rear 02's. If they aren't the problem..then you need to have something fixed. Let us know what codes come up.

I want to get LT's and a mid-pipe so bad, but just the cost of install is making me think otherwise. I was quoted about $360 here in S.A., how much was yours if you don't mind me asking?

AJ99, i badly need a sound clip from your car dude. Im about to get the prochamber but want to hear it first. It s rare combo with borla.

Ok, ill be posting sound clips very very soon (maybe tonight) anyways, install was just shy of 600 for the whole exhuast, i had a new serpentine belt put on too. That was the cheapest price i could find, as racing shops arent as common up north as they are in the rest of the country. But not only was it the cheapest, i also think i got the best, as the guys i dealt with were very proffessional, down to earth guys, who realll wanted to see the job done right. It was worth the time and wait, the sound is amazing.
