streetstang does have half of it right. BBK midpipes sound awful as a whole. I've heard one with offroad X and Flows and offroad H and Borlas, and they all sounded bad. However, MAC's offroad H's are good bang for the buck. And the Prochamber just sounds cool.
I have had the Steeda catback and had an offroad H on it for a day or (borrowed from a friend), and it sounded like crap. Real brappy and loud. So if you go with the Magnaflows, it will still be loud. Very loud. But the sound is up to you. My exhaust setup will be identical to your old one with the exception of BBK headers, and I'm stoked.
