I live in cali If i have an o/r x pipe and a catback when it comes time for smog can I just swap out the o/r pipe for a catted pipe? And still pass emissions?

you know you can still get fined by the law for that if you're pulled over right? a lot of cops out there will do that if your exhaust sounds "funny"
