Ok, I just heard Borla Stingers for the first time and WOW i really like them. So if you guys could start fresh for exhaust would you go with Borla Stinger catback and MagnaFlow catted X and I don't know what headers yet..or would you go the same thing only with MagnaPacks..??

I'd go with a full SLP

That or a UPR X with the stingers.

Ok I've already decided not SLP...so any suggestions that arent what I said? UPR X with the Stingers...I'll have to hear it first, and my computer is SO stupid so I can't hear clips other than on youtube.com or in Windows Media Player, not the web one but the actual player. Mustangexhaust.com won't even work.

just go for a MT.com o/r xpipe, UPR or VRS, Dr.Gas, Magnaflow, or SLP o/r xpipe.

Not getting an O/R X...it will be catted...I'm staying perfectly legal...I think I want to do the MagnaFlow Catted X...but is anyone else a fan of MagnaPacks?? Which is louder the Packs or Stingers. The Stingers are a little pricey too I can get the Packs shipped for under $500.

It will be a catback first for probably 10 months or a year til I get the X pipe...

If your gonna get the 'Packs, get them here at partshopper. You'll get them for $400 with the coupon they offer. It does'nt matter what Catback you get, you won't get the true sound until you get an aftermarket midpipe. Yes, the 'Packs sound great. About 1/3 less than Stingers and they Stinger's won't be any louder. Magnaflow is great quality for alot cheaper. Just make sure you like the popping sound if you get 'Packs.

It will definitely sound better, but once you get the midpipe on there, you be going WOW!!! What a difference!

I don't know, I think I just got really lucky with my Magnapack/Bassani X combo. I luv the sound and I'll never switch to another set-up than this. Please make sure of what combo you get. I just have to shake my head when I read threads of guys who have had 5 different Catbacks and midpipe combos on their car because they want a different sound. What a waste of money.

Well what fairly cheap good sounding midpipe would you prefer? The MagnaFlow catted X?

The sound clips I've heard of the all Magnaflow set up is good. I think the Magnaflow X gives off a deeper sound than what my Bassani X does. Doing things over again, I would get the Magnaflow X over my Bassani and that's only because I paid $90 more for my Bassani.
