Okay so I am building my T5 and seem to have run into a small snag. I removed the old extension housing bushing and bough the timeken 5202 seal and bushing kit. The old seal came out without too big of an issue. Prior to installing the new one I made sure it would fit the driveshaft yoke and it did with no issue. After installing I again went to make sure the yoke would slide in no issue. It wont slide in. I tried cleaning up the lip with some sand paper and it didnt help. I dont think its the install because the socket I had that would normally fall right by it wont even go in from the other side where it didnt get wacked. Is there a difference between the AODE tailshaft bushings and the T5? Or did I just botch the install somehow?
