Whats goin on peoples ? Im trying to decide on a cam for my new motor
302 balanced , blueprinted , forged pistons etc etc but im wondering about the Fcam ! i had a B-303 in the motor i just pulled and it was ok and all but it didnt give the power i wanted torque was good but just not the range in rpm that i would have liked . so anyway i had some questions about the F cam
so if you have experienced the cam b4 ur input would be awsome , First of all i was wondering about if any problems with clearance (piston to valve ) i plan on using motorsport x-303 61cc gt-40 alum heads or poss trick flow 61cc heads and 1.6 rockers any input would help . Also wondering if stock valve covers with missing oil baffles would clear with the cam and rockers ? also last thing i was wondering if any low rpm/slow speed (parking lot ) driveability issues have came about with this cam (bucking /jerking ) any info would help tons !! ill try to get some pics of my car in here soon thanks -lx2c6
