There are a few different colors, one goes to something on the intake..

Well one of the white ones is broken... How can I fix a plastic line???

No it means "If I Can Recall"

Yes they are vacuum lines.

I have fixed a broken plastic line by cutting if off at the ends by the connector and sliding a small rubber vacuum line over each connector.

I'm sure there are other ways but this is how I have done it before.

Those little plastic lines become "VERY" brittle.amnit:

They did the emissions test on something like a dyno.

Ran the car up to 25mph in 2nd I think. Then 40mph in 3rd or 4th.

Im pretty sure the car has 3.73 gears because at 65mph the Tach reads right around 2700-2800 rpm.

Ill fix the white plastic line, since thats what goes to the EGR...

Getting an oil change today. What oil should I use?

What about the crap they sell that goes in the gas? Would that stuff really work?

onefst - if the speedo and tach are accurate (can't assume they are) and you're taching 2700 at 65 in 5th gear -- you've got way more than a 3.73 in the back....
