Well I figured I'd put a pic or two of my first fall/winter projects. I was tired of watching my LT's get worse every day..I did a high temp paint job that held up for less than a yr...nothing like seeing 5 hours wasted! So I sent them out to "high tech coatings" just outside of town. Very pleased with the result, price was far less than new..plus I knew these fit so I wouldn't have issues if I had ordered new and found problems. Aside from a few scratches during the intsall (in non obvious locations thank god) the install was a breeze. I got the big "great...I'm hungry" from the wife, so I thought I'd share with a better group
So from this mess.....

After what I've gone though to keep my kid/house/car/sanity...etc...and dealing with a lawyer... ...hmmm...I may still argue the mentally stable part. You may be the exception....you have TWO awesome Mustangs!!

a little off topic, did those ever give you issues with the heat near the starter? (anyone)

They will significantly reduce the life of a starter. Usually members will upgrade to a mini starter offered in later models. They will also require you heat wrap the clutch cable where they either contact, or come in close contact with the header pipe.

is the storage area big enough to work in? I would take some small tools over there and wrench on it.
